Working with great models is a joy, and today was a totally joyful experience.

Mouse, yes, that's her name, defines, style and grace.

Had a wonderful session with Tina Marie.

Tina is a gifted actress/dancer/singer/model, who gives 100% to a session.

It was a joy working with her.

Did a lot of work in the studio tonight. Arranged things differently, and added some plywood to the mix.

Currently, the studio is in my converted living room, which is carpeted. I went to Lowe's and bought three sheets of 4'x8' plywood to put on top of the carpeting.

I needed a hard surface on which to roll out the seamless paper background.

On first blush, things seem to be working well. The plywood makes a great solid surface to walk on.

This Friday will be the first shoot with the new flooring. I'll be sure to report back after the shoot.

My daughter had to pick a character from the Civil War era for her English class.

She chose, Carlotta King, who was a slave girl who gained her freedom by running to the North.
