Did a lot of work in the studio tonight. Arranged things differently, and added some plywood to the mix.

Currently, the studio is in my converted living room, which is carpeted. I went to Lowe's and bought three sheets of 4'x8' plywood to put on top of the carpeting.

I needed a hard surface on which to roll out the seamless paper background.

On first blush, things seem to be working well. The plywood makes a great solid surface to walk on.

This Friday will be the first shoot with the new flooring. I'll be sure to report back after the shoot.
